AJC Amaro 5000

Large horizontal steam steriliser for medium and large hospitals, CSSDs and laboratories, with pre-vacuum, gravity and liquid cycles. Built to EN 285 and the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU. Made in Portugal by A.J. Costa, steriliser manufacturers since 1953.

• AJC 70.70.70: 343 litres, 4 STU (700 x 700 x 700 mm)
• AJC 70.70.100: 490 litres, 6 STU (700 x 700 x 1000 mm)
• AJC 70.70.130: 633 litres, 8 STU (700 x 700 x 1300 mm)
• AJC 70.70.160: 780 litres, 10 STU (700 x 700 x 1600 mm)
• AJC 70.70.190: 931 litres, 12 STU (700 x 700 x 1900 mm)

These models have automatic vertical sliding doors. A horizontal sliding door version is also available for larger loads, from 625 to 3,150 litres (6 to 40 STU), with chambers 700 mm wide, 1120 or 1800 mm high and 800 to 2500 mm deep.

One door, or two interlocked pass-through doors, freestanding or recessed through a wall. AISI 316L chamber, jacket and doors, with a water-saving liquid ring vacuum pump and building steam or an optional built-in electric steam generator.

PLC control with a 7" colour touchscreen and built-in printer. Options include a PT100 load probe with F0 control, an independent monitoring system, AJC Vision Map documentation software and automatic loading.
