KEN AL10
Unique autonomous robot solution designed for Central Sterile Services Departments (CSSDs). It automates the transport of racks between washer-disinfectors, storage tables, and return hatches, reducing manual handling and increasing efficiency.
The AL10 identifies a free washer disinfector, loads the rack, and starts the correct washing cycle using RFID recognition. Once the cycle is complete, it returns empty racks to storage and then navigates safely back to its charging station when idle.
Benefits
- Eliminates heavy lifting and contact with hot racks to improve safety and ergonomics.
- Runs 24 hours, 7 days to keep CSSD workflows moving.
- Reduces noise and improves the working environment.
- Balances washer workload to extend service intervals and optimise throughput.
- Space saving design that enables higher productivity without additional floor space.
Time Saving
fully automatic loading and unloading releases staff to perform other tasks and increases CSSD efficiency
Cost Effective
one robot services eight machines and requires no loading ramps and maintains unobstructed access
Efficient Workflow
streamlined flow with the auto return of empty trolleys, loading access is increased to all rack sides
Remote Monitoring
real time maintenance notifications and performance are diagnosed remotely to improve reliability
